12 weeks of progressive strength, confidence, and strategy —designed for women who want to ditch the confusing yo-yo cycle of exercise and start to create lasting results for lifelong fitness. Gain support and accountability in a virtual group setting of like-minded women and a coach with 20 years of experience and expertise in training.
