    • I want to significantly improve my performance & measurable gains and I charge hard on my rides. ➝ ASCEND

    • I want to support my riding with consistent strength and mobility practice . ➝ Group Ride

    • I workout 2-3 days a week regularly, have at least 2 years knowledge of lifting and proper form and comfortable in a gym setting. ➝ ASCEND

    • I do strength workouts occasionally and understand basic form and exercises. I want more practice though. ➝ Group Ride

    • I like structured, progressive workouts with checkpoints and personal adjustments. ➝ ASCEND

    • I prefer an easy to follow set up under 30 minutes that is flexible, adaptable and feels good! ➝ Group Ride

    • I want a defined start/end with measurable progress. I’ve got big objectives this season ,LFG! ➝ ASCEND

    • I want simple support that evolves with my season so I can feel good all the way through. ➝ Group Ride

    • Very important - I want direct feedback, 1:1 touchpoints and guided coaching every week. ➝ ASCEND

    • Helpful but not necessary - I’m good with the structured self paced workouts and a community support setting. ➝ Group Ride

    • I am navigating return to sport phase post PT / have flare ups on occasion / minor injury ➝ ASCEND
