Off Trail - GROUP RIDE

SEASON long MEMBERSHIP

pre-season + in-season Virtual MTB Conditioning STARTING 3/30 - October 2026

Built for riders who plan to keep doing this for years — not just this season. Group Ride helps you feel strong at the start of the season, steady in the middle, and durable enough to enjoy every last fall lap so you can ride consistently without burning out or breaking down.

STAY trail-ready with training that actually supports your riding

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

If you’re a rider who’s said at least one of these, I hear you!

  • “I want to start strong but don’t know where to begin.”

  • “My hips/knees start barking halfway through rides.”

  • “I skip strength because it feels overwhelming or unrelated.”

  • “I train inconsistently and always feel behind when season hits.”

The real problem…isn’t your motivation — it’s your strategy.

Most riders know something is off — but don’t know what to actually do.

They end up:

  • starting the season underprepared feeling like they’re going 0-100 overnight.

  • dealing with nagging aches, knee twinges, tight low backs and stiff shoulders that limit riding time

  • find that their gym workouts steal from their riding rather than supporting it

  • are ALWAYS sore and it shows on the trail

  • burning out before their season even begins

Off Trail gives you strategy and a community of like-minded riders.

GROUP RIDE was created to cultivate the vibes of your favorite biking crew and your supportive community putting in the effort off trail to show up better on it.

GROUP RIDE was born from your experience RIDING.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

〰️

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 〰️

  • 3 workouts each week around 20-40 minutes. Two are strength / power based and one is strategic recovery.

  • I stand behind my coaching, but I get that things don’t always go as planned. If after one week, you feel like it’s not for you, no problem! You’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. After that first week though, I don’t offer refunds. Cancel your membership prior to next charge

  • If you’re traveling during the program, no worries! Each exercise has options, including band or bodyweight variations, so you can still get the work in without equipment. You can adjust the workouts to fit your needs.

You can also download or print out the workouts in case you are out of service. Plus, there’s a DIY version available if that better suits your travel plans.

  • Off Trail is entirely focused on strength, mobility and durability because most mountain bikers already get plenty of cardio during the season. I've put together a guide with 30 minute rides you can follow on an indoor bike or trainer.

  • To get the most out of Off Trail, you’ll need some basic equipment.

At a minimum, you’ll need mini bands, one long resistance band, a bench/step/box, and some weights ranging from 5-25 pounds. These tools will help you perform the exercises with proper form and maximize your progress.

  • Group Ride is designed for riders with an intermediate fitness level. This means you should have some experience with exercise — whether through group classes, other workouts, or a basic understanding of movement patterns like squats, lunges, and core exercises. If you’re comfortable with these fundamentals, you’ll be ready to dive in and get the most out of the program!

  • For best results, you’ll want to do only one strength program at a time to focus on the goal at hand. But definitely keep your favorite fitness class 1-2 times a week if youl ike!
